Carnegie employees, researchers, and visitors might need to work with each other remotely on projects to meet, talk, or even share information and ideas. DPB/DGE IT tries to enable and support collaboration, whether it's Google Apps or general conferencing, as best as we can.

Google Apps has options ranging from Calendar and Hangouts for meetings amongst internal members. Furthermore, Google Drive is available for file sharing in addition to DPB/DGE fileservers. ​

There are also options for meetings and events that include members outside of the general DPB/DGE departments and greater Carnegie community, such as conference calls and seminar recordings. 

DPB/DGE IT provides a variety of tools to employees and researchers in order for them to connect with their peers and enable collaborative work.
